Released Code. PalmSource will provide Snapshots for Released Code pursuant to Section 3.3 (Delivery of Released Code). Licensee’s use of Snapshots of Released Code shall be in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions set forth in Appendix B (Snapshot Source Code Management and Policies and Procedures) attached hereto, and shall be solely for the purposes set forth in Section 2.9(b)(i) (PS OS Software).
