Releases, Extensions, Modifications and Additional Security. From time to time, Mortgagee may perform any of the following acts without incurring any liability or giving notice to any person:
(a) Release any person liable for payment of any Secured Obligation;
(b) Extend the time for payment, or otherwise alter the terms of payment, of any Secured Obligation;
(c) Accept additional real or personal property of any kind as security for any Secured Obligation, whether evidenced by deeds of trust, mortgages, security agreements or any other instruments of security;
(d) Alter, substitute or release any property securing the Secured Obligations;
(e) Consent to the making of any plat or map of the Property or any part of it;
(f) Join in granting any easement or creating any restriction affecting the Property; or
(g) Join in any subordination or other agreement affecting this Mortgage or the lien of it; or
(h) Release the Property or any part of it.

Without notice to or the consent, approval or agreement of any persons or entities having any interest at any time in the Subject Property and Collateral or in any manner obligated under the Secured Obligations (“Interested Parties”), Mortgagee may, from time to time, release any person or entity from liability for the payment or performance of any Secured Obligation, take any action or make any agreement extending the maturity or otherwise altering the terms or increasing the amount of any Secured Obligation, or accept additional security or release all or a portion of the Subject Property and Collateral and other security for the Secured Obligations. None of the foregoing actions shall release or reduce the personal liability of any of said Interested Parties, or release or impair the priority of the lien of and security interests created by this Mortgage upon the Subject Property and Collateral.

Without notice to or the consent, approval or agreement of any persons or entities having any interest at any time in the Subject Property or in any manner obligated under any Secured Obligation (each, an “Interested Party”), Mortgagee may, from time to time, release any Interested Party from liability for the payment of any Secured Obligation, take any action or make any agreement extending the maturity or otherwise altering the terms or increasing the amount of any Secured Obligation, accept additional security, and enforce, waive, subordinate or release all or a portion of the Subject Property or any other security for any Secured Obligation. None of the foregoing actions shall release or reduce the personal liability of any Interested Party, nor release or impair the priority of the lien of this Mortgage upon the Subject Property.

Except as expressly set forth in any documents relating to the foregoing actions, none of the foregoing actions shall release or reduce the personal liability of any of said Interested Parties, or release or impair the priority of the lien of this Deed of Trust upon the Property.

Except as expressly set forth in any documents relating to the foregoing actions, none of the foregoing actions shall release or reduce the personal liability of any of said Interested Parties, or release or impair the priority of the lien of this Deed of Trust upon the Property.

None of the foregoing actions shall release or reduce the personal liability of any of said Interested Parties, or release or impair the priority of the lien of this Deed of Trust upon the Property.

Without notice to or the consent, approval or agreement of any persons or entities having any interest at any time in the Property or in any manner obligated under the Secured Obligations (“Interested Parties”), Grantee may, from time to time: (a) fully or partially release any person or entity from liability for the payment or performance of any Secured Obligation; (b) agree with DEED TO SECURE DEBT (GEORGIA) Xxxxx Fargo/Xxxx Properties/Cracker Barrel Loan No. 02-62113532/Store No. 588 Grantor to extend the maturity of any Secured Obligation; (c) make any agreement with Grantor increasing the amount or otherwise altering the terms of any Secured Obligation; (d) accept additional security for any Secured Obligation; or (e) release all or any portion of the Property, Collateral and other security for any Secured Obligation. Except as expressly set forth in any documents relating to the foregoing actions, none of the foregoing actions shall release or reduce the personal liability of any of said Interested Parties, or release or impair the priority of the conveyance of security title to the Property.

Without notice to or the consent, approval or agreement of any persons or entities having any interest at any time in the Property or in any manner obligated under the Obligations (“Interested Parties”), Lender may, from time to time: (a) fully or partially release any person or entity from liability for the payment or performance of any Obligation; (b) extend the maturity of any Obligation; (c) make any agreement with Borrower increasing the amount or otherwise altering the terms of any Obligation; (d) accept additional security for any Obligation; or (e) release all or any portion of the Property, Collateral and other security for any Obligation. None of the foregoing actions shall release or reduce the personal liability of any of said Interested Parties.

Without affecting the personal liability of any Person, including Mortgagor, for the payment of the Secured Obligations or the lien of this Mortgage on the remainder of the Secured Property for the unpaid amount of the Secured Obligations, Mortgagee may from time to time and without notice:
(a) release any person liable for payment of any Secured Obligation;
(b) extend the time for payment, or otherwise alter the terms of payment, of any Secured Obligation;
(c) accept additional real or personal property of any kind as security for any Secured Obligation, whether evidenced by deeds of trust, mortgages, security agreements or any other instruments of security;
(d) alter, substitute or release any property securing the Secured Obligations;
(e) consent to the making of any plat or map of the Secured Property or any part of it;
(f) join in granting any easement or creating any restriction affecting the Secured Property;
(g) join in any subordination or other agreement affecting this Mortgage or the lien of it; or
(h) release the Secured Property or any part of it from the lien of this Mortgage.
