The committee will consider only complaints, concerns, or commendations that have been documented (signed, dated, and presented to supervisor or department chair) or verbal complaints, concerns, or commendations of a consistent, recurring nature. b. The contract employee has the right to respond to any complaint or concern which the committee is considering as part of the evaluation process.
