Relevant Input for Outside of Formal Evaluation Process. a. The committee will consider only complaints, concerns, or commendations that have been documented (signed, dated, and presented to supervisor or department chair) or verbal complaints, concerns, or commendations of a consistent, recurring nature. b. The contract employee has the right to respond to any complaint or concern which the committee is considering as part of the evaluation process.
