Relevant Input for Outside of Formal Evaluation Process. a. The committee will consider only complaints, concerns, or commendations that have been documented (signed, dated, and presented to the supervisor) and verbal complaints, concerns, or commendations of a consistent, recurring nature that have been previously addressed with the unit member. b. For Coaches, the immediate supervisor will also consider relevant input from the Athletic Director/Xxxx, regarding items listed in Section (3)(2b) of this Article (Athletic Coaches Criteria) c. The unit member has the right to respond to any complaint or concern which the committee is considering as part of the evaluation process.
