Relevant Law. The Account and every Contract executed and/or cleared by DBSI on Customer’s behalf shall be subject to (a) this Agreement; (b) the Commodity Exchange Act, as amended (“CEA”) and all rules, regulations and interpretations of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (the “Commission”); (c) all rules, regulations and interpretations of the National Futures Association (“NFA”); and (d) the constitution, by-laws, rules, interpretations and customs of each applicable exchange and clearing organization (each exchange and clearing house being collectively an “Exchange”) ((b) through (d), as in effect from time to time, collectively being “Relevant Law”).
