Reliance For Instructions. The Disbursement Agent may, from time to time, in the event that any matter arises as to which specific instructions are not provided herein, request directions from the Bank Agent with respect to such matters and may refuse to act until so instructed and shall be fully protected in acting or refusing to act in accordance with such instructions.
