Construction on Site Sample Clauses
The "Construction on Site" clause defines the rules and requirements governing how construction activities are to be carried out at the project location. Construction on Site. The Company shall construct (a) the Golf Course only on the Golf Course Land pursuant to the Golf Course Lease, (b) the golf driving range only on the Phase II Land pursuant to the Driving Range Lease and (c) the remainder of the Project (excluding the Golf Course and the golf driving range) only on the portions of the Site owned by ▇▇▇▇ Las Vegas (excluding the Golf Course Land and the Phase II Land) provided that a portion of the "Entertainment Facility" (as defined in the Bank Credit Agreement) may encroach upon the Phase II Land.
