Reliance on Exchanged Information. If either Party supplies information to the other Party upon such Party’s request, and an officer of the requesting Party intends to sign a statement or other document under penalties of perjury in reliance upon the accuracy of such information, then a duly authorized officer of the Party supplying such information shall certify, to the best of such Party’s knowledge, the accuracy and completeness of the information so supplied.
Reliance on Exchanged Information. If either Western Atlas or UNOVA, or a member of their respective groups, supplies information to another party upon such party's request, and an officer of the requesting party intends to sign a statement or other document under penalties of perjury in reliance upon the accuracy of such information, then a duly authorized officer of the party supplying such information shall certify, to the best of such party's knowledge, the accuracy and completeness of the information so supplied.
Reliance on Exchanged Information. If a member of the External SpinCo Group supplies information to a member of the External Distributing Group, or a member of the External Distributing Group supplies information to a member of the External SpinCo Group, and an officer of the requesting member intends to sign a statement or other document under penalties of perjury in reliance upon the accuracy of such information, then a duly authorized officer of the member supplying such information shall certify, to the best of such officer’s knowledge, the accuracy and completeness of the information so supplied.
Reliance on Exchanged Information. If a member of the SpinCo Group supplies Tax records, documents or other information to a member of the YUM Group, or a member of the YUM Group supplies Tax records, documents or other information to a member of the SpinCo Group, and an officer of the receiving Group member intends to sign a statement or other document under penalties of perjury in reliance upon the accuracy of such Tax records, documents or other information, then a duly authorized officer of the Group member supplying such Tax records, documents or other information shall certify, to such officer’s knowledge and belief, the accuracy and completeness of the Tax records, documents or other information so supplied. For the avoidance of doubt, the limitations of liability set forth in Section 6.5 of the Separation and Distribution Agreement shall apply to any such certification.
Reliance on Exchanged Information. If a member of the Nuvectra Group supplies Tax Records or other information to a member of the GB Group, or a member of the GB Group supplies Tax Records or other information to a member of the Nuvectra Group, and an officer of the requesting Group member intends to sign a statement or other document under penalties of perjury in reliance upon the accuracy of such Tax Records or other information, then a duly authorized officer of the Group member supplying such Tax Records or other information shall certify to the extent that it is able, to such officer’s knowledge and belief, the accuracy and completeness of the Tax Records or other information so supplied.
Reliance on Exchanged Information. If a member of the B&W Group supplies information to a member of the X. Xxx Group, or a member of the X. Xxx Group supplies information to a member of the B&W Group, and an officer of the requesting member intends to sign a statement or other document under penalties of perjury in reliance upon the accuracy of such information, then a duly authorized officer of the member supplying such information shall certify, to such officer’s knowledge and belief, the accuracy and completeness of the information so supplied.
Reliance on Exchanged Information. If a member of the Seahawk Group supplies information to a member of the Pride Group, or a member of the Pride Group supplies information to a member of the Seahawk Group, and an officer of the requesting member intends to sign a statement or other document under penalties of perjury in reliance upon the accuracy of such information, then a duly authorized officer of the member supplying such information shall certify, to the best of such officer’s knowledge, the accuracy and completeness of the information so supplied.
Reliance on Exchanged Information. If a member of the Paragon Group supplies Tax Records or other information to a member of the Noble Group, or a member of the Noble Group supplies Tax Records or other information to a member of the Paragon Group, and an officer of the requesting Group member intends to sign a statement or other document under penalties of perjury in reliance upon the accuracy of such Tax Records or other information, then a duly authorized officer of the Group member supplying such Tax Records or other information shall certify, to such officer’s knowledge and belief, the accuracy and completeness of the Tax Records or other information so supplied.
Reliance on Exchanged Information. If a member of the SSE Group supplies Tax Records or other information to a member of the Chesapeake Group, or a member of the Chesapeake Group supplies Tax Records or other information to a member of the SSE Group, and an officer of the requesting Group member intends to sign a statement or other document under penalties of perjury in reliance upon the accuracy of such Tax Records or other information, then a duly authorized officer of the Group member supplying such Tax Records or other information shall certify, to such officer’s knowledge and belief, the accuracy and completeness of the Tax Records or other information so supplied.
Reliance on Exchanged Information. If a member of the Veoneer Group supplies information to a member of the Autoliv Group or a member of the Autoliv Group supplies information to a member of the Veoneer Group and an officer of the requesting member intends to sign a statement or other document under penalties of perjury in reliance upon the accuracy of such information, then a duly authorized officer of the member supplying such information shall certify, to the best of such officer’s knowledge, the accuracy and completeness of the information so supplied.
