Reliance on Law Firm Communications. The Facility is entitled to rely on communications and instructions it receives from persons using Trust On- line user accounts and passwords assigned by the Firm Administrator and purporting to act on behalf of the Law Firm and, unless the Facility acts with gross negligence, the Facility shall not be held liable for such reliance.
