Continuous Access Sample Clauses
Continuous Access. The Verus Online system will be available to the Law Firm seven days per week, with the exception that availability will be interrupted: (a) nightly for approximately one hour to synchronize data with the Verus processing systems, and (b) at any time as a result of system failure or when necessary for system upgrades, maintenance, or other operational considerations. When reasonably possible, Verus will notify the Law Firm in advance of any foreseen interruption of availability, but shall be under no obligation to do so. At all times, Verus shall use its best efforts to minimize the length and frequency of such interruptions. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Verus shall not be liable for any damages resulting directly or indirectly from system unavailability.

When reasonably possible, the CRMC will notify the Law Firm in advance of any foreseen interruption of availability, and at all times the CRMC will use its best efforts to minimize the length and frequency of interruptions in e- Claims system availability.

The MFR Online system will be available to the Law Firm seven days per week, with the exception that availability will be interrupted nightly for approximately one hour to synchronize data with the MFR processing systems and at any time as a result of system failure or when necessary for system upgrades, maintenance, or other operational considerations. When reasonably possible, MFR will notify the Law Firm in advance of any foreseen interruption of availability, but shall be under no obligation to do so. At all times, MFR will use its best efforts to minimize the length and frequency of such interruptions. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, MFR shall not be liable for any damages resulting directly or indirectly from system unavailability.
Continuous Access. Member shall have access to the PRACTICE via direct telephone, email, text and video visits on a continuous basis. During routine visits Members will receive training on how best to communicate with the PRACTICE, such that:
a. Non-urgent needs may be communicated by Member during business hours or after hours but may not be addressed for 1-2 business days.
b. Xxxxxx needs will be communicated by Member by directly calling the member private clinic number during office hours and after office hours whenever necessary; Member agrees NOT to email urgent issues during office hours as the PRACTICE is seeing Members for visits and giving full attention to Members in the office. In this situation, it is strongly recommended that the Member calls the member direct line (provided upon enrollment) or texts this number with the header “URGENT”. If the Member is having a life-threatening emergency issue, Member agrees to call 911 or proceed directly to an emergency room. The PRACTICE will try to return all calls/messages within 60 minutes to the best of its ability. If Member does not receive a call, text, message back from the PRACTICE after 60 minutes, Member agrees to try and call the PRACTICE by phone again.

Continuous Access. Electronic transmission of claim information allows the filing of claims and claim information seven days a week. VERUS will notify the Law Firm by email of any temporary interruption of the electronic system for maintenance.
