Reliance on Law Firm Communications. The CRMC is entitled to rely on communications and instructions it receives from persons using e-Claims passwords assigned to the Law Firm and purporting to act on behalf of the Law Firm and, except if the CRMC has acted with gross negligence, will not be held liable for such reliance.
