Common use of Relief Funds Clause in Contracts

Relief Funds. The SPS will provide a fund of: $450,000 for the school year. The purpose of the fund is to alleviate problems beyond regular baseline staffing in the area of Special Education self-contained/resource classrooms and to provide assistance when related services personnel have excessive caseloads. The following procedures shall apply for the identification of problems and recommendation of proposed resolution:

The purpose of the fund is to alleviate problems beyond regular baseline staffing in the area of Special Education self-contained/resource classrooms and to provide assistance when related services personnel have excessive caseloads. The following procedures shall apply for the identification of problems and recommendation of proposed resolution:
