RELIEVING HIGHER CLASSIFICATIONS IN THE BARGAINING UNIT. 24:01 When an employee has been assigned to work in a job of a higher classification in the bargaining unit, the employee shall be paid at the appropriate rate for all hours worked on that assignment after having worked for at least one (1) hour, including the first hour.
