Common use of Religious and Political Activities Clause in Contracts

Religious and Political Activities. Vendor agrees that Subgrant Proceeds shall be used exclusively for the Services required under this Agreement, and that no funds made available under this Agreement shall be used to promote religious or political activities. Further, Vendor agrees that it will not perform, nor permit to be performed, any religious or political activities in connection with the performance of this Agreement.
