Religious Organization. The Agency agrees that funds provided under this Agreement will not be utilized for religious activities, to promote religious interests, or for the benefit of a religious organization in accordance with the Federal regulations specified in 24 CFR 570.200(j). Funds may be used to rehabilitate buildings owned primarily by religious entities to be used for secular purposes or eligible public services provided primarily through a primarily religious entity under the conditions set forth in 24 CFR 570.200(j).
