Common use of Relocation Allowance Clause in Contracts

Relocation Allowance. MRMC will reimburse Resident up to One Thousand Five Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($1,500.00) for approved moving expenses Resident incurs in relocating to the Florence, South Carolina area, or to a location within the Designated Radius (as defined above) for Resident's first (1st) twelve (12) months of participation in the Program. MRMC agrees to provide such reimbursement upon Resident's presentment of documentation, satisfactory to MRMC, evidencing such expenses. Resident shall present such relocation expenses no later than ninety (90) days following the Effective Date of this Agreement and Resident's commencement of the Program.
