Common use of Relocation of Operating Account Clause in Contracts

Relocation of Operating Account. and shall include any sub-accounts or call accounts (whether in Dollars or any other currency) opened under the same designation or any revised designation or number from time to time notified by the Lender to the Borrower, to which (inter alia) all Earnings of the Vessel and/or any other moneys are to be paid in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and/or the General Assignment and/or any of the other Finance Documents;
