Common use of RELOCATION, REAL PROPERTY ACQUISITION AND ONE-FOR-ONE HOUSING REPLACEMENT Clause in Contracts

RELOCATION, REAL PROPERTY ACQUISITION AND ONE-FOR-ONE HOUSING REPLACEMENT. The Recipient agrees to comply with (a) the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, as amended (URA), and implementing regulations at 49 CFR Part 24 and 24 CFR 570.606(b); (b) the requirements of 24 CFR 570.606(c) governing the Residential Anti-displacement and Relocation Assistance Plan under section 104(d) of the HCD Act; and (c) the requirements in 24 CFR 570.606(d) governing optional relocation policies. The Recipient shall provide relocation assistance to displaced persons as defined by 24 CFR 570.606(b) (2) that are displaced as a direct result of acquisition, rehabilitation, demolition or conversion for a CDBG-assisted project. The Recipient also agrees to comply with applicable Grantee ordinances, resolutions and policies concerning the displacement of persons from their residences.

[The Recipient Grantee may preempt the optional policies.] The Subrecipient shall provide relocation assistance to displaced persons as defined by 24 CFR 570.606(b) (2570.606(b)(2) that are displaced as a direct result of acquisition, rehabilitation, demolition or conversion for a CDBG-assisted project. The Recipient Subrecipient also agrees to comply with applicable Grantee ordinances, resolutions and policies concerning the displacement of persons from their residences.

The Recipient SUBRECIPIENT also agrees to comply with applicable Grantee CITY ordinances, resolutions and policies concerning the displacement of persons from their residences.

The Recipient Subrecipient agrees to comply with (a) the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, as amended (URA), and implementing regulations at 49 CFR Part 24 and 24 CFR 570.606(b); (b) the requirements of 24 CFR 570.606(c) governing the Residential Anti-displacement and Relocation Assistance Plan under section 104(d) of the HCD Act; and (c) the requirements in 24 CFR 570.606(d) governing optional relocation policies. The Recipient Subrecipient shall provide relocation assistance to displaced persons as defined by 24 CFR 570.606(b) (2570.606(b)(2) that are displaced as a direct result of acquisition, rehabilitation, demolition or conversion for a CDBG-CDBG- assisted project. The Recipient Subrecipient also agrees to comply with applicable Grantee ordinances, resolutions and policies concerning the displacement of persons from their residences.

The Recipient Grantee may, however, preempt the optional policies. The Subrecipient shall provide relocation assistance to displaced persons as defined by 24 CFR 570.606(b) (270.606(b)(2) that are displaced as a direct result of acquisition, rehabilitation, demolition or conversion for a CDBG-CDBG assisted project. The Recipient Subrecipient also agrees to comply with applicable Grantee ordinances, resolutions and policies concerning the displacement of persons from their residences. Displacement of persons (including families, individuals, businesses, non-profit organizations and farms) as a result of activities assisted with CDBG funds is generally discouraged.

RELOCATION, REAL PROPERTY ACQUISITION AND ONE-FOR-ONE HOUSING REPLACEMENT. The Recipient Subrecipient agrees to comply with (a1) the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, as amended (URA), and implementing regulations at 49 CFR Part 24 and 24 CFR 570.606(b); (b2) the requirements of 24 CFR 570.606(c) governing the Residential Anti-displacement and Relocation Assistance Plan under section 104(d) of the HCD Act; and (c3) the requirements in 24 CFR 570.606(d) governing optional relocation policies. The Recipient Grantee may, however, preempt the optional policies. The Subrecipient shall provide relocation assistance to displaced persons as defined by 24 CFR 570.606(b) (270.606(b)(2) that are displaced as a direct result of acquisition, rehabilitation, demolition or conversion for a CDBG-CDBG assisted project. The Recipient Subrecipient also agrees to comply with applicable Grantee ordinances, resolutions and policies concerning the displacement of persons from their residences. Displacement of persons (including families, individuals, businesses, non- profit organizations and farms) as a result of activities assisted with CDBG funds is generally discouraged.

The Sub-Recipient also agrees to comply with applicable Grantee ordinances, resolutions and policies concerning the displacement of persons from their residences.

The Recipient Sub recipient agrees to comply with each of the following (ai) the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, as amended (URA), and implementing regulations at 49 CFR Part 24 and 24 CFR 570.606(b570.606 (b); (bii) the requirements of 24 CFR 570.606(c570.606 (c) governing the Residential Anti-displacement Anti- Displacement and Relocation Assistance Plan under section 104(d) of the HCD Act; and (ciii) the requirements in 24 CFR 570.606(d570.606 (d) governing optional relocation policies. (The Recipient Grantee shall have the authority to preempt the optional policies.) The Sub recipient shall provide relocation assistance to displaced persons as defined by 24 CFR 570.606(b) 570.606 (2b)(2) that are displaced as a direct result of acquisition, rehabilitation, demolition or conversion for a CDBG-assisted project. The Recipient Sub recipient also agrees to comply with applicable Grantee ordinances, resolutions resolutions, and policies concerning the displacement of persons from their residences.

The Sub-Recipient also agrees to comply with applicable Grantee ordinances, resolutions and policies concerning the displacement of persons from their residences.

The Recipient First 5 agrees to comply with (a) the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, as amended (URA), and implementing regulations at 49 CFR Part 24 and 24 CFR 570.606(b); (b) the requirements of 24 CFR 570.606(c) governing the Residential Anti-displacement and Relocation Assistance Plan under section 104(d) of the HCD Act; and (c) the requirements in 24 CFR 570.606(d) governing optional relocation policies. [The Recipient Grantee may preempt the optional policies.] First 5 shall provide relocation assistance to displaced persons as defined by 24 CFR 570.606(b) (2570.606(b)(2) that are displaced as a direct result of acquisition, rehabilitation, demolition or conversion for a CDBG-CDBG- assisted project. The Recipient First 5 also agrees to comply with applicable Grantee ordinances, resolutions and policies concerning the displacement of persons from their residences.

The Sub-Recipient shall provide relocation assistance to displaced persons as defined by 24 CFR 570.606(b) (2) that are displaced as a direct result of acquisition, rehabilitation, demolition or conversion for a CDBG-DR-assisted project. The Sub-Recipient also agrees to comply with applicable Grantee ordinances, resolutions and policies concerning the displacement of persons from their residences.

The Recipient Subrecipient also agrees to comply with applicable Grantee ordinances, resolutions and policies concerning the displacement of persons from their residences.
