Common use of Remaining Inventories Clause in Contracts

Remaining Inventories. Artiva or its Affiliates, to the extent that such parties continue to have stocks of usable Products that would be subject to payment of Product Royalties pursuant to Section 3.2, may continue to fulfill orders received for Products until [***] months following the date of termination. For Products sold by Artiva or its Affiliates after the effective date of a termination, Artiva shall continue to pay Product Royalties pursuant to Section 3.2, as applicable.

Remaining Inventories.
