Remaining Inventories. SGI shall have the right to purchase from MPI, [***], all or part of the inventory of the Licensed Product held by MPI for the Terminated Countries as of the effective date of such termination of this Agreement. SGI shall notify [***] after receiving notice from MPI reporting such inventory as of the date of such termination of this Agreement. If SGI does not exercise such right, then subject to Article 8 hereof, [***].
