Remaining Materials. At the request of Intrexon, Fibrocell shall transfer to Intrexon all quantities of Reverted Product (including active pharmaceutical ingredient or work-in-process) in the possession of Fibrocell or its Affiliates. Fibrocell shall transfer to Intrexon all such quantities of Reverted Products without charge, except that Intrexon shall pay the reasonable costs of shipping.
