Common use of Remaining Term Clause in Contracts

Remaining Term. The remaining term of the Interest Rate Cap Agreement (Second Mezzanine) shall at all times extend through the end of the Interest Period in which the Maturity Date occurs as extended from time to time pursuant to this Agreement and the Mezzanine Loan Documents;
