Remaining Terms of Substitute Awards. The remaining terms and provisions of each Substitute Award are the same as the terms and provisions in effect under the corresponding Cancelled Award at the time of cancellation hereunder. Accordingly, the following terms and provisions in effect under the Cancelled Awards are hereby incorporated into this Agreement.
