Common use of Remedial Actions Clause in Contracts

Remedial Actions. Each Party shall notify the other Party immediately, and promptly confirm such notice in writing, if it obtains information indicating that a Licensed Product may be subject to any recall, corrective action, or other regulatory action with respect to the Licensed Product taken by virtue of Applicable Laws (a “Remedial Action”).
