Common use of Remediation Management Fee Clause in Contracts

Remediation Management Fee. As part of its services, the -------------------------- Manager shall provide services to the Company in connection with supervising the Restoration of the Project. The Manager shall be paid a Remediation Management Fee for such services in the amount of five percent (5%) of any and all costs of environmental remediation performed on any or all of the Properties; provided, however, that such Remediation Management Fee payable hereunder shall not exceed the aggregate such Remediation Management Fee contained in the approved Project Budget. Such fee shall be payable on the fifteenth 15th day of each month based on the environmental remediation costs incurred in the immediately preceding month.
