REMEDIES FOR VIOLATION OF HIRING PROCEDURES. Violation of this Agreement by hiring employees without complying with the provisions of this Article, or by obtaining or transferring workmen in violation of this Article, or by assigning work covered by this Agreement to employees who are not qualified plumbers, steamfitters, pipefitter/welders, HVAC/Refrigeration journeymen or apprentices shall be subject to the following remedies, in addition to others which may be available under this Agreement or as a matter of law.
