Remedies in the Event of Uncured Default. Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default which is not cured within the time limits specified in Section 11.2, without limiting other rights or remedies available under this Agreement, at law or in equity, and without constituting or resulting in a waiver, release or estoppel of any right, action or cause of action NCPA may have against the Defaulting Participant, NCPA may, for so long as such Event of Default continues uncured, take any or all of the following actions:
