Remedy in the Event of Termination by the Seller. If the Seller terminates this Contract as provided in Section 21.5, the Buyer shall pay to the Seller the charges set forth in the Termination Schedule in Attachment 7 as the Seller’s exclusive remedy, and the Seller shall have no right to damages or compensation for such termination other than payment of the charges set forth in Attachment 7.
