Common use of Remedy of Force Majeure Clause in Contracts

Remedy of Force Majeure. The party that is prevented from carrying out its obligations under this Agreement (including its procurement obligations under clause 2.4(b)(ii)) as a result of an Event of Force Majeure will remedy (or, as the case may be, procure the remedy of) the Event of Force Majeure to the extent reasonably practicable, keep the other parties regularly informed on the progress of remedying the Event of Force Majeure and resume the performance of its obligations (including its procurement obligations under clause 2.4(b)(ii)) as soon as reasonably possible.

Remedy of Force Majeure. The party that is prevented from carrying out its obligations under this Agreement (including its procurement obligations under clause 2.4(b)(ii)) or the Joint Venture Agreement as a result of an Event of Force Majeure will remedy (or, as the case may be, procure the remedy of) the Event of Force Majeure to the extent reasonably practicable, keep the other parties regularly informed on the progress of remedying the Event of Force Majeure and resume the performance of its obligations (including its procurement obligations under clause 2.4(b)(ii)) as soon as reasonably possible.

Remedy of Force Majeure. The party that is prevented from carrying out its obligations under this Agreement (including its procurement obligations under clause 2.4(b)(ii)) as a result of an Event of Force Majeure will remedy (or, as must seek to mitigate the case may be, procure effects of the remedy of) the Event of Force Majeure to the extent reasonably practicable, keep the other parties regularly informed on the progress of remedying the Event of Force Majeure practicable and resume the performance of its obligations (including its procurement obligations under clause 2.4(b)(ii)) as soon as reasonably possible.
