Remedy of Force Majeure. The party that is prevented from carrying out its obligations under this Agreement (including its procurement obligations under clause 2.4(b)(ii)) as a result of an Event of Force Majeure will remedy (or, as the case may be, procure the remedy of) the Event of Force Majeure to the extent reasonably practicable, keep the other parties regularly informed on the progress of remedying the Event of Force Majeure and resume the performance of its obligations (including its procurement obligations under clause 2.4(b)(ii)) as soon as reasonably possible.
