Remission and Reporting. 1. The Employer will furnish to the Union, by email sent out no later than five (5) business days of each pay date, an Excel spreadsheet listing the names and amounts deducted for all members of the bargaining unit all dues and agency fees collected for that pay cycle.

The Employer will furnish to the Union, by email sent out no later than five (5) business days of each pay date, an Excel spreadsheet listing the names names, Banner ID numbers, membership status, and amounts deducted for dues and fair share fees for all members of employees within the bargaining unit all dues and agency fees collected for that pay cycle. The list will include the names, Banner ID numbers, and zero dollar deductions for nonmembers.
