Common use of Remitting Dues and Service Fee Clause in Contracts

Remitting Dues and Service Fee. With respect to all sums deducted by the District 8 pursuant to Section 10(a) and Section 10(b) above, whether for membership dues or 9 service fees, the District agrees to promptly remit such moneys to the Association 10 within five (5) business days, accompanied by an alphabetical list of unit members for 11 whom such deductions have been made.
