Common use of Remodel or renovate Clause in Contracts

Remodel or renovate. the buildings and improvements constituting the Project, and, in connection therewith, to install pipes, conduits, ducts and similar fixtures beneath or through the Premises, provided that such remodeling or renovation does not substantially change the size, dimension, configuration or nature of the Premises and does not materially interfere with the continue use and operations of the Premises by Tenant; and

Remodel or renovate. the buildings and improvements constituting the Project, and, in connection therewith, to install pipes, conduits, ducts and similar fixtures beneath or through the Premises, provided that such remodeling or renovation does not substantially change the size, dimension, configuration or nature of the Premises or substantially hinder the use of, or ingress and does not materially interfere with egress to, the continue use and operations of the Premises by TenantPremises; andand/or

Remodel or renovate. the buildings and improvements constituting the Project, and, in connection therewith, to install pipes, conduits, ducts and similar fixtures beneath or through the Premises, provided that such remodeling or renovation does not substantially change the size, dimension, configuration or nature of the Premises and does not materially interfere with the continue use and operations of the Premises by Tenant; andPremises;
