Common use of Remote Services and Updates Clause in Contracts

Remote Services and Updates. During the Term, Supplier shall provide the following services to Customer remotely (the “Remote Services”): install, monitor, access, troubleshoot problems, assist with user operations and upgrade Solution software. In addition, Supplier will provide the Customer with Solution updates and upgrades made generally available to all of Supplier’s customers, including any corrections, fixes, modifications, improvements to the Solution (collectively, “Updates”). For the avoidance of doubt, Supplier shall have no obligation to provide any Remote Services or Updates upon termination of this Agreement.

For the avoidance of doubt, Supplier shall have no obligation to provide any Remote Services or Updates upon and following termination of this Agreement.
