Remote Worksites. Impact and implementation of changes made to remote work sites or the establishment of new worksites are subject to local level negotiations. When Management proposes a remote-site allowance for U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) approval, the Local Lodge will be given an opportunity to review and comment on the proposal. The Local Lodge may propose that a site be considered remote or an existing remote worksite be changed.
