Removal and/or Replacement of Personnel. Except as the Procuring Entity may otherwise agree, no changes shall be made in the Key Personnel. If, for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Service Provider, it becomes necessary to replace any of the Key Personnel, the Service Provider shall provide as a replacement a person of equivalent or better qualifications.
