Description of Personnel. The titles, agreed job descriptions, minimum qualifications, and estimated periods of engagement in the carrying out of the Services of the Service Provider's Key Personnel are described in Appendix C. The Key Personnel and Subcontractors listed by title as well as by name in Appendix Care hereby approved by the Procuring Entity.
Description of Personnel. The Consultant shall employ and provide such qualified and experienced Personnel and Sub- Consultants as are required to carry out the Services. The titles, agreed job descriptions, minimum qualifications, and estimated periods of engagement in the carrying out of the Services of the Consultant’s Key Personnel are described in Appendix C. The Key Personnel and sub-consultants listed by title as well as by name in Appendix C are hereby approved by the USF.
Description of Personnel i. The title, agreed job description, minimum qualifications and estimated period of engagement in the carrying out of the Service are described in Appendix-A.
ii. If required to comply with the provisions of Clause GCC 3.1.1 hereof, adjustments with respect to the estimated periods of engagement of key personnel set forth in relevant manual of the Trust, may be made by the Service Provider by written notice to the Trust, and
iii. Any other such adjustments shall only be made with the Trust written approval.
Description of Personnel. (a) The title, agreed job description, minimum qualification and estimated period of engagement in the carrying out of the Services of each of the Consultant’s Key Personnel are described in Appendix C. If any of the Key Personnel has already been approved by the Client, his/her name is listed as well.
(b) If required to comply with the provisions of Clause GC 3.1.1 hereof, adjustments with respect to the estimated periods of engagement of Key Personnel set forth in Appendix C may be made by the Consultant by written notice to the Client, provided (i) that such adjustments shall not alter the originally estimated period of engagement of any individual by more than 10% or one week, whichever is larger, and (ii) that the aggregate of such adjustments shall not cause payments under this Contract to exceed the ceilings set forth in Clause GC 6.1(b) of this Contract. Any other such adjustments shall only be made with the Client’s written approval.
(c) If additional work is required beyond the scope of the Services specified in Appendix A, the estimated periods of engagement of Key Personnel set forth in Appendix C may be increased by agreement in writing between the Client and the Consultant. In case where payments under this Contract exceed the ceilings set forth in Clause GC 6.1(b) of this Contract, this will be explicitly mentioned in the agreement.

(b) If required to comply with the provisions of Clause 5.4 of this Contract, adjustments with respect to the estimated periods of engagement of Personnel set forth in Appendix C may be made by the Consultant by written notice to the Owner, provided:
(i) That such adjustments shall not alter the originally estimated period of engagement of any individual by more than 10% or one week, whichever is larger.
(ii) That the aggregate of such adjustments shall not cause payments under this Contract to exceed the ceilings set forth in Clause 8 of this Contract. Any other such adjustments shall only be made with the Owner's written approval.
(c) If additional work is required beyond the scope of the Services specified in Appendix A, the estimated periods of engagement of Personnel set forth in Appendix C may be increased by agreement in writing between the Owner and the Consultants, provided that any such increase shall not, except as otherwise agreed, cause payments under this Contract to exceed the ceilings set forth in Clause 8 of this Contract.
Description of Personnel. (a) The title, activities of job description and estimated period of engagement in the carrying out of the Services of each of the Consultants' Personnel are described in Appendix C.
(b) Adjustment with respect to the estimated periods of engagement of various salary grades of the Personnel set forth in Appendix C may be made by the Consultants in accordance with the actual requirements of the Contract to ensure efficient performance of the Services, provided that the aggregate of such adjustments shall not cause payments under this Contract to exceed the ceilings set forth in Sub-Clause 6.1(a) of this Contract.
Description of Personnel. Trainers shall have a minimum of ITI education with two years of industry experience or should have completed ITI/CTI for imparting training in Technical courses and shall have a Graduate degree or Diploma with relevant experience in the trade in which he / she will impart training in for non-technical courses.

(b) If required to comply with the provisions of Clause GC 3.1.1 hereof, adjustments with respect to the estimated periods of engagement of Personnel set forth in Appendix C may be made by the Consultant, by written notice to the Client, provided that the aggregate of such adjustments shall not cause payments under this Contract to exceed the ceilings set forth in SC as per the Clause GC 6.1(a) of this Contract and any such adjustments shall only be made with the Client's prior written approval.
(c) If additional work is required beyond the Scope of Work specified in Appendix A, is varied by agreement in writing between the Client and the Consultant, provided that in case of any increase it shall not, except as otherwise agreed, cause payments under this Contract to exceed the ceilings set forth in SC as per the Clause GC 6.1 (b) of this Contract. Merely the title of Position of Key Expert will not justify their actual capability to perform the duties. Services shall be relevant for consideration and evaluation of such personnel engaged by the Consultant.
