Common use of Removal and Replacement of Vendor Staff Clause in Contracts

Removal and Replacement of Vendor Staff. Without limiting Citizens’ other rights and remedies under this Agreement, including suspension of Services and termination of this Agreement, where any Vendor Staff fails to comport to any of the training or qualification requirements in this Agreement or, in Citizens’ determination, is unsuitable for the performance of the Services, Citizens has the right, at Citizens’ sole election, to disallow such Vendor Staff from performing the Services. Upon Citizens’ request, Vendor shall promptly provide qualified replacement Vendor Staff reasonably acceptable to Citizens.
