Removal Cost Sample Clauses
The Removal Cost clause defines the responsibility for covering expenses associated with removing certain items, materials, or equipment from a property or project site. Typically, this clause specifies which party—such as a tenant, contractor, or seller—must pay for the removal and may outline the types of costs included, such as labor, disposal fees, or restoration of the site. Its core practical function is to allocate financial responsibility for removal activities, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring clarity regarding post-occupancy or post-project obligations.
