Removal of Data. Only the minimum necessary DBH PHI or PI may be removed from the premises of Contractor except with express written permission of DBH. DBH PHI or PI shall not be considered “removed from the premises” if it is only being transported from one of Contractor’s locations to another of Contractor’s locations.
