REMOVAL OF ENGINES AND PARTS. Lessee will ensure that no Engine or Part installed on the Aircraft is at any time removed from the Aircraft other than: (a) If replaced as expressly permitted by this Agreement; or (b) If the removal is of an obsolete item and is in accordance with the Agreed Maintenance Program; or (c) (i) during the course of maintaining, servicing, repairing, overhauling or testing that Engine or the Aircraft, as the case may be; or
