REMOVAL OF FIXTURES UPON TERMINATION. 15.4.1 Upon termination of this Agreement, Concessionaire shall remove or cause to be removed all Removable Fixtures, unless City exercises its purchase right set forth in Section 15.7, which are owned by Concessionaire without damage to the Facilities within seven (7) days of the termination hereof; provided, however, if Concessionaire fails to remove its property within this time the City may remove same at Concessionaire’s expense without any liability for damage by reason of such removal.
