Common use of Removal of Goods Clause in Contracts

Removal of Goods. 17.1 The Customer will allow any person authorised by Tivoli to enter any premises owned or occupied by the Customer at all reasonable times to inspect the Displays and remove the Displays whether for replacement or upon termination of this Agreement howsoever such termination shall arise.
