Removal of Members; Vacancies. A member of the Management Committee may be removed at any time, with or without cause, by the Partner (or Partners) who appointed such member. Any vacancy on the Management Committee resulting from removal, resignation, death or incapacity shall be filled by the Partner (or Partners) who is entitled to appoint such member.
