Removal of Vessel. The Buyer shall take possession of the Vessel immediately upon Delivery and Acceptance thereof, and shall remove the Vessel from the premises of the Builder within five (5) days after the Delivery and Acceptance as aforesaid. If the Buyer does not remove the Vessel within the said period, the Buyer shall pay reasonable mooring charges for the Vessel for up to seven (7) days and shall thereafter compensate the Builder for all losses and expenses arising in addition to mooring charges.
