Common use of Removal of Vessel Clause in Contracts

Removal of Vessel. The BUYER shall take possession of the VESSEL immediately upon delivery and acceptance thereof and shall remove the VESSEL from the premises of the Shipyard within three (3) days after delivery and acceptance thereof is effected. If the BUYER shall not remove the VESSEL from the premises of the Shipyard within the aforesaid three (3) days, then, in such event the BUYER shall pay to the SELLERS the reasonable mooring charges of the VESSEL. But the BUYER shall be obliged to remove the VESSEL from the Shipyard within ten (10) days after the delivery and acceptance thereof. (End of Article)
