Common use of Removal or Reassignment of Personnel at the State's Request Clause in Contracts

Removal or Reassignment of Personnel at the State's Request. The State may require the Contractor to remove or reassign personnel if the State has legitimate, good- faith reasons articulated in a notice to the Contractor. Replacement personnel must be fully qualified for the position. If the State exercises this right, and the Contractor cannot immediately replace the removed personnel, the State agrees to an equitable adjustment in schedule or other terms that may be affected.
