Common use of Removal Clause in Contracts

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Lessor may require that any or all Lessee-Owned Alterations or Utility Installations be removed by the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, notwithstanding that their installation may have been consented to by Lessor. Lessor may require the removal at any time of all or any part of any Alterations or Utility Installations made without the required consent of Lessor.

Unless made with the consent of Lessor pursuant to the Lease or otherwise agreed in writing, Lessor may require that any or all Lessee-Lessee Owned Alterations or Utility Installations or other improvements to the Premises be removed by the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, notwithstanding that their installation may have been consented to by Lessor. Lessor may require the removal at any time of all or any part of any Lessee Owned Alterations or Utility Installations made without the required consent of Lessor.

Removal. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Lessor may require that any or and all Lessee-Owned Alterations or Utility Installations installations be removed by the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, notwithstanding that their installation may have been consented to by Lessor. Lessor may require the removal at any time of all or any part of any Alterations or Utility Utilities Installations made without the required consent of Lessor.

Removal. Lessor may require the removal at any time of all or any part of any Alterations or Utility Installations made without the required consent of Lessor.
