Removal of Windstorm Debris. The Insurer will indemnify the Insured for expenses incurred in the removal of debris or other property which is not insured by this policy which has been blown by windstorm upon a location specified on the “Declaration Page”. Extensions of coverage i) and ii) do not apply to costs or expenses:
(1) to “clean up” “pollutants” from land or water; or
(2) for testing, monitoring, evaluating or assessing of an actual, alleged, potential or threatened spill, discharge, emission, dispersal, seepage, leakage, migration, release or escape of “pollutants”. Debris removal expenses shall not be considered in the determination of actual cash value for the purpose of applying to Co-insurance Clause.

(i) direct or indirect loss, damage, cost or expense, arising out of the clean-up, removal, containment, treatment, detoxification, decontamination, stabilization, neutralization, or remediation resulting from any actual, alleged, potential or threatened spill, discharge, emission, dispersal, seepage, leakage, migration, release, or escape of “pollutants” from land or water.
(ii) direct or indirect loss, damage, cost or expense, for any testing, monitoring, evaluation or assessing of an actual, alleged, potential, or threatened spill, discharge, emission, dispersal, seepage, leakage, migration, release or escape of “pollutants”. Debris removal expense shall not be considered in the determination of actual cash value for the purpose of applying the Co-insurance Clause.

This includes trees that have been blown by windstorm on the “premises”. Debris removal expense shall not be considered in the determination of actual cash value for the purpose of applying the Co-Insurance Clause.
Removal of Windstorm Debris. The Insurer will indemnify the Insured for expenses incurred in the removal of debris or other property which is not insured by this Form but which has been blown by windstorm upon a location specified on the “Declaration Page(s)” subject to a maximum recovery of two thousand, five hundred dollars ($2,500.) for any one occurrence. Debris removal expense shall not be considered in the determination of actual cash value for the purpose of applying the Co-Insurance Clause.

The Insurer will indemnify the Insured for expenses incurred in the removal of debris or other property which is not insured by this Coverage Form but which has been blown by windstorm upon the construction "project site". Removal of windstorm debris will not apply to the costs or expenses to “clean-up” “pollutants” from land or water or for testing, monitoring, evaluating or assessing of an actual, alleged, potential, or threatened spill, discharge, emission, dispersal, seepage, leakage, migration, release or escape of "pollutants".

(ii) direct or indirect loss, damage, cost or expense, f or any testing, monitoring, ev aluation or asses sing of an actual, alleged, potential, or threatened spill, discharge, emission, dispersal, seepage, leakage, migration, release or escape of “pollutants”. Debris remov al expense shall not be considered in the determination of actual cash v alue f or the pu rpose of apply ing the Co-insurance Clause.
Removal of Windstorm Debris. As defined on the Commercial Common Agreements, Definitions, Exclusions and Conditions form (COMM) which forms part of this Policy.

Extensions of coverage b(i) and b(ii) do not apply to costs or expenses:
(a) to "clean up" "pollutants" from land or water; or
(b) for testing, monitoring, evaluating or assessing of an actual, alleged, potential, or threatened spill, discharge, emission, dispersal, seepage, leakage, migration, release or escape of "pollutants".
Removal of Windstorm Debris. We will indemnify you for expenses incurred in the removal of debris or other property which is not insured by this PART but which has been blown by windstorm upon a location specified on the Declaration Pages. Extensions of Coverage K.i. and X.xx.xx not apply to costs or expenses:
1. to Clean Up Pollutants from land or water; or
2. for testing, monitoring, evaluating or assessing of an actual, alleged, potential, or threatened spill, discharge, emission, dispersal, seepage, leakage, migration, release or escape of Pollutants. If the total amount for both loss to property and debris removal expense exceeds the amount of insurance applying to the property, an additional amount of insurance, up to 5% of the limit of liability for such property will apply to the amount of debris removal expense, but in no event exceed the amount shown on the Declaration Pages. This extension is limited to a maximum recovery as shown on the Declaration Pages in any one occurrence.
