Common use of REMOVED EQUIPMENT Clause in Contracts

REMOVED EQUIPMENT. The details of the equipment to be removed from the Premises are set out in the table of “Appendix A– Removed Equipment” table below (“Removed Equipment”). The Removed Equipment will be removed from Appendix A in the Maintenance Agreement.
