Common use of REMUNERATION AND INDEMNIFICATION OF TRUSTEE Clause in Contracts

REMUNERATION AND INDEMNIFICATION OF TRUSTEE. 15.1 The Issuer shall pay to the Trustee remuneration for its services as trustee of these presents such amount as shall be agreed from time to time by the Issuer and the Trustee. Such remuneration shall accrue from day to day and be payable (in priority to payments to Holders and Couponholders) up to and including the date when, all the Notes having become due for redemption, the redemption moneys and interest thereon to the date of redemption have been paid to the Issue and Paying Agent or the Trustee PROVIDED THAT if upon due presentation of any Note, Receipt or Coupon or any cheque payment of the moneys due in respect thereof is improperly withheld or refused or (in the case of Tier 2 Notes) such subsequent payment is not made by reason of Clause 7 or Condition 4 of the Tier 2 Notes, remuneration will commence again to accrue until payment to such Holder or Couponholder is duly made.
