Remuneration for Nevada Trustee’s Start-Up Fees and Expenses. The Nevada Trustee shall be entitled to remuneration from the Nevada Trust Administrative Account of up to $750,000 for its reasonable fees and expenses in connection with the formation of the Nevada Trust prior to the Effective Date. Where the Nevada Trustee, the United States, and the State of Nevada agree that the Nevada Trustee accrued pre-Effective Date fees and expenses in furtherance of activities that post- Effective Date would constitute Environmental Actions, those pre-Effective Date fees and expenses shall be paid from the Nevada Trust Environmental Cost Account. After the Effective Date, the Nevada Trustee will submit detailed invoices reflecting its pre- Effective Date fees and expenses for approval by the State of Nevada and the United States.

  • Warrant Agent’s Remuneration and Expenses The Corporation covenants that it will pay to the Warrant Agent from time to time reasonable remuneration for its services hereunder and will pay or reimburse the Warrant Agent upon its request for all reasonable expenses, disbursements and advances incurred or made by the Warrant Agent in the administration or execution of the duties hereby created (including the reasonable compensation and the disbursements of its Counsel and all other advisers and assistants not regularly in its employ) both before any default hereunder and thereafter until all duties of the Warrant Agent hereunder shall be finally and fully performed.
